Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer you.

Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, Contra Costa County and California offices, library collections, and outside search tools follow their own privacy policies. Information sent to one of those services is controlled by its terms, not this policy. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.

Visitors Under 18

Because we retain little information, a request usually involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Submit one through the Contact page. Records kept by the City of San Pablo, Contra Costa County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests must go to the custodian. California's DROP program provides a separate deletion-request path for registered data brokers.
